Graduated in Veterinary Medicine from the UCM an PhD in Veterinary Medicine. She has held various teaching position in the Department of Anatomy and Embriology of the UCM Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, where she is currently Associate Professor. He began his research in the CNS of domestic animals, and in the last decade he has participated in neuroanatomical research in the autonomous SN, being responsible for immunocytochemical studies for the marking of nerves and enzymes in the vascular wall of experimental models of obesity, resistance to insulin, erectile dysfunction, bladder dysfunction and urinary incontinence She is in possession of three six-year research periods, the last one granted in 2021. She has directed a Doctoral Thesis and two “tesinas”, as well as several TFGs. In the last seven years, she has published a total of 12 scientific articles, 10 of which are in Q1 of their category and 2 in Q2 with more than one hundred and twenty citations.
